"Okay, I will just start with I don't typically write reviews but feel like this is worthwhile for anybody on the fence and is not experienced with this. I have been paying 60-plus dollars every time to do dips and thought I would try this after seeing an ad.
A few things I will mention is the photo shows what I was done in about an hour when I was in a rush so did not take time to make them perfect. It's very easy to use too much which will create weird lines and for the material to harden outside of your nail beds.
Overall I'm very happy with this considering they don't look half bad if you don't look too close lol but for a busy mom trying to make her nails look good, they are very durable and strong and look pretty good."

"Here's the thing. I'm a nail girl. I love to get my nails done, but it's really expensive nowadays and I got the bright idea to just try this. I've researched solid builder gel and I really felt like it was a good fit before I got this.

Now it came super fast and the instructions were clear. I practiced on my pinky before I committed to my whole hand. What I really liked was after filing down the top coat and soaking my nail in acetone it came off so easily. My nail wasn't damaged AT ALL after popping this one off..."

I redid my nails using nail tips. With something solid for the gel to bond to they did great, like any other gel nail product. So I guess I'll use the rest of the product after all, just with nail tips.

I've also been doing a thin basecoat, cure, then a couple of drops of nail glue before applying the gels. I shape the gel onto the nails first, thinner around the edges, so less filing. Also, make sure your cuticles are cut back and I slide them into my cuticle a little bit. I cure for only 5-10 secs then flip and spread the gel more underneath my nail tip so it doesn't cure so thick underneath. Then finish curing as normal, pop off the nail, and super minimal filing needed. I don't like them much longer than my actual nails but these give me color AND protect my nails while I'm doing all kinds of stuff outside without bending and ripping my real nails off!

Love! It definitely has a learning curve if you don't do nails for a living like me. Luckily for me, I have ADHD and tend to hyperfocus on projects for weeks until I get bored, but these are so versatile, I can always do new lengths, shapes, and color combos when I do get bored. A couple of tips, because I homestead and work ALOT in the garden with chickens and cooking and housework and 7 kids, these have lasted over a week so far.
