Cut-Crease Effect

Cut crease effect can really amp up the contrast. Once you've applied the matte color to your crease, you can buff the color out onto your eyelids. Use the shimmer liner to add the sparkle contour.

Matte & Shimmer in 1 Stick

One side is glitter liner, Other side is matte fluid eye paint. They both designed with the brush. Save your time to find the tools for apply.
